Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Great location near the park and activities like hiking and skiing available. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and I had to wait too long for assistance at the restaurant. Would recommend asking for an upstairs room to avoid noise from above.

The location is fantastic, just minutes from the park. The indoor pool is nice for kids. The room smelled musty, and the carpets felt damp. Renting bikes for cycling nearby was easy.

Great spot right by Bryce Canyon with a fab breakfast to kick off your day. Super convenient to have a restaurant and shop on-site. The front desk staff were super friendly. The room had a bit of a musty odor though, which was kinda off-putting. Still, I enjoyed the stay!

Spacious room, spacious facility with comfortable beds and easy parking just outside for convenience when exploring the nearby national park.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The breakfast is a feast with tableside service! The store attached is a lifesaver since other options close early and the staff is super friendly.

The noise from upstairs can really ruin your beauty sleep.

It was convenient to have this option to ensure our clothes stayed crisp and neat throughout our visit. The heating in the room initially left us feeling chilly, but once we adjusted the settings, the room quickly warmed up to a comfortable temperature. Unfortunately, the air conditioning seemed a bit outdated and struggled to cool the room effectively on warmer days. We also missed having a sitting area in the room to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. we appreciated the tea and coffee facilities provided, allowing us to enjoy a hot beverage in the comfort of our room. The free toiletries offered were a nice touch and added to the overall comfort of our stay. The room featured a flat-screen TV, which was great for winding down in the evenings. we found the carpeted floor to be a bit outdated and could use some refreshing. In terms of services, the housekeeping was satisfactory, and our room was kept clean throughout our stay. We also made use of the shuttle service provided by the hotel, which was convenient for getting around the area.

Great access to explore Bryce Canyon! The staff were super friendly and the laundry on-site made life easy after a day of hiking.

It wasn’t the cheapest place, but still reasonable.

The entire experience was a nightmare. Our room felt like a dungeon-dark and dreary. On top of that, it was freezing all night; the heater barely worked, and the thin walls made it impossible to sleep with all the noise.

Classic property with historical charm, conveniently located near the park. The indoor heated pool is a definite win for families, and the buffet breakfast is always appreciated. We enjoyed the store and restaurant on site. there's room for improvement. Our table at dinner was dirty, and the meals lacked quality. Disappointingly, the advertised dinner show wasn't available during our visit. The rooms, while spacious and clean, reveal the property's outdated design. The noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive. A bar in the main hall could enhance the evening experience. For the price, expectations should be higher, especially given the absence of competition.

The room was clean but showed signs of age, with low ceilings and old air conditioning units that were quite noisy. The mattress felt worn and lacked firm support, making it difficult to find a comfortable sleeping position. I appreciated the location's proximity to the national park and the convenience of the local store. the lingering smell in the room detracted from the experience. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and despite requesting no service, staff still entered the room. The noise level from plumbing was disruptive, especially at night.

Epic hikes like Under, The, Rim Trail and the Red Canyon Bicycle Trail were wild. The cool hoodoos and juniper trees were so sick! The bounty of trails around the area is clutch for adventure junkies like us.

Yo, we wish there was a chill hangout spot where we could vibe with other young peeps. A spot to kick back after a day of epic exploring and connect with other party, loving travelers would've been totally rad!

The hotel is just minutes away from Bryce Canyon National Park making it super convenient for exploring iconic spots like Inspiration Point and Sunset Point while Ponderosa Canyon and the ghost town are practically a stone's throw away so I loved the serene walks in the pines and the breathtaking views all around and the onsite restaurant served delicious breakfast in a friendly atmosphere which was a bonus for those chilly mornings but the rooms could use some updates to enhance the overall experience.

The giant stone hearth with big leather chairs is a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The pool is refreshing during the heat, but it's a trek from many rooms. Breakfast hits the spot, fueling a full day ahead. The staff shine, always friendly and attentive. the pillows are disappointingly tiny, and the shower setup isn't ideal. Loved the general store and nearby adventures, but be prepared for some quirks in the older building's charm. A shuttle stop was confusing, but the location can't be beat for accessing the park.

The hotel's location was perfect for visiting the nearby national park, just a short drive away. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, offering a wide variety of options for a self-serve meal. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

I wish the hotel would consider switching to large dispensers for soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms to reduce waste and be more environmentally friendly. Also, the pillows, although comfortable, could be improved with memory foam options for better support.

best western in the heart of bryce canyon national park was an exceptional stay. the staff, especially chrystal at the check-in, was very knowledgeable and helpful in planning our day. the location is fantastic, with just a 5-minute drive to the visitors center. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with convenient amenities like a microwave and fridge. the on-site restaurant offered delicious food with generous portions, and the pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation. overall, a wonderful experience with friendly staff and plenty of activities nearby.

Can’t fault anything about it! 😊

Exploring the mesmerizing trails around Bryce Canyon felt like wandering through a magical land of hoodoos and ancient trees. The guided tours offered stunning views and a breath of fresh air, with the Red Canyon Bicycle Trail being a delightful cycling experience.

My wife says that quieter dining areas for families could enhance the experience.

I felt like a Wild West queen browsing in the enormous gift shop. My room had a view that made me want to audition for a Western film. The park trails were ideal for hiking, even for the glam adventurers.

I had a blast searching for reception in the motel rabbit warren.

Great location near the park entrance, making it convenient to visit Bryce Canyon. The on-site restaurant was handy due to limited dining options nearby. The proximity to the general store made it easy to grab snacks and essentials whenever needed, adding to the overall convenience of the stay.

The rooms in the main lodge at the back were noisy due to gatherings, impacting our sleep quality. The accommodation felt overpriced for the outdated and aging facilities, showing signs of wear and tear.

We were pleasantly surprised with a well-heated room and modern, cozy accommodations. The hotel offered a good breakfast with plenty of options and a delicious buffet for dinner. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved the location, close to Bryce Canyon and the bus stop for easy access to the park. The resort had several stations to choose from for breakfast, making it easy to feed lots of travelers.

The room was a bit noisy with guests moving about, and there were some issues with the bathroom, such as a creaky bathtub, missing grout, and a long curtain that lay on the bottom of the tub.
